  • Pet Registration: This application is for residents wishing to register a pet. It includes details about the pet’s breed, size, and health, ensuring compliance with community guidelines for pet ownership.
  • Lease a Property (For Tenants): This application is for individuals looking to rent a property. It collects necessary information about your rental history, income, and references to help determine your eligibility for tenancy.
  • Purchase a Property (For Buyers): This application is for prospective buyers interested in purchasing a property. It requires personal and financial information. In most cases, it is necessary to determine the ability to buy a property. 
  • Additional Resident (Must be 18 years or older): This application is for individuals who wish to be added as an additional resident to an existing lease or who are living with the property owner. All applicants must be 18 years or older and provide personal information for approval.

Issues with Login?

  • We are not currently offering a login. All applications are customized to each association.
  • There is an option to save and continue later during the application process. At the bottom of the form, you’ll find a blue “Save and Continue Later” link. Click it, enter your email address, and you’ll receive an email with a link to resume your application.
  • If you don’t see the email in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder. Once you receive the link, you can use it at any time to return and complete your application.

More than two applicants?

Applying With More Than Two Applicants – Important Information

This application requires you to identify a Principal Applicant. When two people are applying together, they are typically listed as Applicant and Co-Applicant, and both must be 18 years of age or older. These individuals are usually listed together on the lease or sales contract and share equal responsibility.

If more than two individuals will reside in the property:

  • Minors (under 18) should be listed as dependents of the Applicant or Co-Applicant.
  • Additional residents age 18 or older who are not listed on the lease or contract must be identified as additional adult residents and may be required to submit a separate application, unless they are a married couple or jointly listed on the lease or contract.
  • Only individuals listed on the lease or sales contract may be designated as Applicant or Co-Applicant

Below is a brief explanation of each application status to help you understand where your application stands and whether any action is required at this time.


Submitted & Under Management Review:

  • Your application has been received and is being reviewed for completeness. Management office is reviewing the information and documents, if applicable. 

Pending Documents – Additional Information Required:

  • Additional information or documents are required to continue processing. Please review emails from Management or contact our office.

Pending Owner Authorization – Add Additional Resident

  • Management is reaching out to the current owner to obtain the required authorization to add an additional resident. Processing will resume once the owner’s written approval is received.

Application Rejected – Incomplete Submission:

  • The application was rejected due to missing information/documents. The application may be resumed at a later time. Please contact Management.

Under Board Review:

  • Your application has been submitted to the Board of Directors or approving party for review. This stage may take approximately 7–15 days.

Set for Interview:

  • An interview with the Board of Directors or approving party has been scheduled. Please follow the instructions provided in the related email.

Final Decision Issued:

  • A final determination has been made. A separate email has been sent with details.

Application Approved – COA Issued:

  • Your application has been approved, and the Certificate of Approval has been issued and will be sent to all applicable parties.

Application Denied:

  • Your application has been denied following final review. A separate notice will be sent with additional information.

Final Processing & Post-Closing:

  • The approved application is in final processing following closing (sales) or move-in steps (rentals). Management may be coordinating internally with other parties.

Application Completed:

  • The application process is complete and closed. A welcome notice with information regarding your new residence should have been issued.
