Application Status Guidelines
APPLICATION STATUS GUIDE
Below is a brief explanation of each application status to help you understand where your application stands and whether any action is required at this time.
Submitted & Under Management Review:
- Your application has been received and is being reviewed for completeness. Management office is reviewing the information and documents, if applicable.
Pending Documents – Additional Information Required:
- Additional information or documents are required to continue processing. Please review emails from Management or contact our office.
Pending Owner Authorization – Add Additional Resident
- Management is reaching out to the current owner to obtain the required authorization to add an additional resident. Processing will resume once the owner’s written approval is received.
Application Rejected – Incomplete Submission:
- The application was rejected due to missing information/documents. The application may be resumed at a later time. Please contact Management.
Under Board Review:
- Your application has been submitted to the Board of Directors or approving party for review. This stage may take approximately 7–15 days.
Set for Interview:
- An interview with the Board of Directors or approving party has been scheduled. Please follow the instructions provided in the related email.
Final Decision Issued:
- A final determination has been made. A separate email has been sent with details.
Application Approved – COA Issued:
- Your application has been approved, and the Certificate of Approval has been issued and will be sent to all applicable parties.
Application Denied:
- Your application has been denied following final review. A separate notice will be sent with additional information.
Final Processing & Post-Closing:
- The approved application is in final processing following closing (sales) or move-in steps (rentals). Management may be coordinating internally with other parties.
Application Completed:
- The application process is complete and closed. A welcome notice with information regarding your new residence should have been issued.
